Client Specific Information.
Some of our products and services require the submission of
confidential client information. This information may include
custodian account numbers, taxpayer identification numbers,
social security numbers, legal addresses, and the transactions
and account holdings of investment portfolios. Whether entered
directly by you, obtained via electronic data interfaces with
custodian banks and/or other back office systems, or submitted
to, either electronically or via the mail, and entered by
Informa Investment Solutions staff, we treat this information
as strictly confidential. Your information is made available
only to you, your designates, and/or Informa Investment Solutions,
Inc. employees that have a business need to access your account
and/or your confidential information.
Informa Investment Solutions, Inc’s corporate
policies forbid employees with access to confidential client
information to use or disclose the information except for
business use. All employees are required to safeguard such
information, as specified in their confidentiality agreements
with Informa Investment Solutions, Inc.
Informa Investment Solutions, Inc. reserves
the right to disclose or report personal information in limited
circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure
is required under law, to cooperate with regulators or law
enforcement authorities or to protect our rights or property.
Browsers and Internet Security.
Any time you enter an order or provide personal information
to our Client Services, Data Collection, or Marketing Department
(such as an account number or password), we encrypt it using
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL protects information
as it crosses the Internet. To support this technology, you
need an SSL-capable browser. Informa Investment Solutions,
Inc. recommends using a 128-bit encryption capable browser
such as Netscape Navigator 4.06 or higher or Microsoft's Internet

Your Passwords. Your password(s)
are provided to you for the purpose of accessing our products
& services. Please keep it to yourself. We are not liable
for any damages caused your distribution of your password(s).
Logging Off. After you've finished
