Thousands of global ᴀnancial institutions and active traders, as well as hundreds of software and service providers, subscribe to our fixed income evaluations, reference data, real-time market data, trading infrastructure services, fixed income analytics, desktop and web-based solutions.

F-Squared Investments was founded with the mission of redefining how investment solutions can be reliably delivered to investors. Our investment philosophy is focused on delivering tangible solutions to clients by aligning investment results with the real needs of investors. We believe that severe losses during market downturns are the single greatest threat to investor goals. Throughout our suite of investment solutions, the common theme is quality of returns coupled with significant downside “tail risk” management. We are therefore not benchmark-centric, because downside risk management requires an ability to de-couple from passive benchmarks as markets weaken. We target relative returns in in bull markets and focus on the risk of loss in bear markets. Our strategies are designed to deliver consistently and repeatedly on clearly-defined client expectations. By focusing on client needs, F-Squared has achieved remarkable growth. Assets under management or under model manager agreements have grown from approximately $250 Million at year-end 2009, to $1.5 Billion at year-end 2010, to more than $7.0 Billion as of March 2012.

Serving the trust community for 15 years, Proxytrust customers benefit from our comprehensive proxy voting and strategic partner solutions including capital changes, cost basis calculator and policy voting. Our strict focus on the trust market, consultative relationship management and extensive industry experience adds significant value to our customers through greater operational efficiency and increased compliance. Our superior data security and customer-driven core values as a privately-held, independent company uniquely positions us as a trusted partner and growing industry leader.
