Position: Associate Client Manager

Position Summary

The Client Services team is tasked with providing high quality service to the client and in doing so maximizes the value of the SCORECARD™ product. Located in our Nashville, TN office, the Associate Client Managers play a critical role in accomplishing this mission. They act as points of contact in addressing client-specific requests and issues. They organize, manage, and execute cross-department client-related projects of critical importance to the long-term relationship with the client. Through product education, timely and accurate request/issue resolution, and feature benefit communication, Associate Client Managers are tasked with the responsibility of maximizing our client’s product and service satisfaction, ultimately retaining our current and future client base.


As with any rapidly growing company and team, the job description of the Client Manager is constantly evolving. An Associate Client Manager’s success is based on their initiative, ambition, flexibility, and willingness to learn. A positive, hardworking attitude is a prerequisite for the position.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•Request/Issue Resolution - Provide daily support, data issue resolution, and special request processing for clients.


•Client Communication - Act as the main point of contact for client-related issues, both internally and externally.


Consultations

Associate Client Managers have a tremendous amount of consultations with a number of different departments within Investment Scorecard. The departments that Client Services will have the most interaction with are:


•Account Management – Works closely with Account Management when dealing with sensitive projects or clients. Client Managers have the responsibility of keeping the Account Manager apprised of any events that may impact the relationship.


•Data Management – Works closely with Data Management to ensure the timely resolution of data or file issues.


•Professional Services – Works closely with the Professional Services team and acts as the client liaison for the completion of any special projects within Professional Services’ queue.


•Client Initiation – Works closely with Client Initiation to ensure the proper transition of clients into Active status.


•Development – Works closely with Development to insure the resolution of requests requiring their involvement.


•Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Position: Quality Assurance Analyst

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct tests of Informa’s web applications (WealthIQ, PerformanceIQ, and ComplianceIQ). The candidate will participate in multiple projects concurrently and work closely with other employees to perform the QA function to insure the project conforms to the requirements set forth in the project specification documents. The candidate will create written test plans and execute test cases. Other tasks include reporting defects and assisting developers in troubleshooting problems.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•Develop written/manual test plans and test cases.


•Attend brainstorming sessions for projects as determined by the QA Lead.


•Participate in peer reviews of QA Analyst test plans.


•Prepare and maintain test data.


•Execute test scripts.


•Identify, report and track defects.


•Assist in user acceptance testing.


•Perform regression test.


•Work with test automation tools.


•Test development requests (production support requests).


•Other tasks as assigned by manager.


Qualifications

•BS or BA (Preferred CIS/MIS or Business).


•3 - 6 years experience in a manual software testing environment.


•Ability to construct basic Microsoft SQL queries and to evaluate results.


•Exposure to JavaScript and HTML testing.


•Exposure to automated testing tools (Quick Test Pro, Microsoft Test Manager, etc.).


•Detail-oriented.


•Excellent written, oral communication and organization skills.


•Ability to work in a team environment.


•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.


•Some programming experience is helpful.

Position: Sales Director
Job Description: Company Background

Position Summary

Located in our corporate White Plains office the primary role of the Sales Director is to manage the IIS sales team and generate new revenue for the Firm.


Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a sales consultant to bring in new revenue

• Manage lead generation process.

• Follow up on prospects.

• Provide goals and direction for the entire sales department, including but limited to: identify and manage individual monthly and annual sales targets; employee performance management; coordinate with HR on all employee hiring and termination matters.


•Maintain and enhance the sales guidelines


•Manage and expand the sales pipeline.


•Manage IIS salesforce.com.


•Meet with internal and external decision makers to identify the most effective solution and make recommendations required to close business.


•Provide feedback to fuel product enhancements and future development efforts.


•Manage “Add-On” business activities uncovered and/or handled by sales staff (answer RFPs, demo products, craft solutions, etc…).


•Create, distribute and collect Sales Satisfaction Survey and assess the necessary steps to better our sales process.


•Work with marketing in managing all sales conference activities and sales campaigns.


•Provide your own and collect all monthly sales reports and submit them to the managing directors.


•Host monthly sales meeting to identify goals, good performers, and room for improvement.


•Attend weekly market facing and other meetings as required.


•Travel in support of sales activity is a must!


•Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors listed above.


Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in key sales management position.


•Significant experience in the investment industry setting is desirable, specifically in sales and promotional planning to support business goals.


•Experience – Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales to corporations and businesses. Preferably, direct experience in the investment or financial services industry.


•Experience should also include exposure to off-the-shelf, customized, mass distributed products and services.


•Education-BS/BA from an accredited college or university.


•Background – Proven track record of new business results, ability to achieve and exceed stated sales goals. Ability to effectively manage a specific sales region across all areas of the sales process - Lead Generation to Closing Business. With strong Solutions based perspective. Demonstrated ability for Tactical sales strategies for lead generation and winning business.

Position Summary

Located in our Nashville, TN office the Programmer Analyst is responsible for day to day coding efforts that are required to maintain and expand the applications that serve our internal and external user base.


Primary Responsibilities

• Perform full lifecycle development activities and including working with a Lead Programmer Analyst to serve as a resource for those project initiatives

• Participate on a rotating team of development staff responsible for supporting our Production Users

• Technical design research and documentation including interaction with the Business and Management teams to analyze and understand business requirements

• Other activities as required by the Development Mgmt and Business Teams


Qualifications

• Experience – Experience in programming with specific skills for tasks assigned. Knowledge/subject matter expertise for one or more areas of Investment Scorecard’s Applications and/or technology platforms.

• Web Programmer Analyst – 3+ years using ASP.NET 4.0 & 3.5, C# , HTML, XML, JavaScript, Web Services, WCF, Windows Work Flow, AJAX and SQL 2005/2008 – Additional experience with web security concepts a plus

• Education – 4-year college degree or equivalent

• Financial Services Knowledge – A basic understanding of investment securities and/or an eagerness to learn about the Financial Service Industry

• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Interpersonal Skills – Superb interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Technology – A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
